Just came back from bball training. They say i heng, tue never go for training, cas tue training veri veri veri veri tough. But i think today also tough, lawlls. Mayb bcas to loooooong never train liao, tats why my body getting from bad to worst. Just now at training feel like vomitting, mayb bcas morning eat tooooooo much liao, and also not enough oxygen, keep want to faint. Got hitted by the ball alot of times, hahas, i like gong gong one.

Just now do 4 angles left right 30 balls each, 3 man wave 100 balls, 3 vs 2 (do until noe how to do.)and then have break. After tat do 360 degree whole court layout 380 balls for abt 10 mins i think. Soooooooo tiring sia. Hope to don't go lor. Then just now on the way back, got 1 guy and a woman kept looking at me when i was at the interchange. They look like want to steal something from me then i keep diao them. Then follow me take the same bus, until my hse downstair. Got 1 aunty coming towards me, then they change their direction and walk away. They kept looking back at me, then i don't care. And i
